摘　　要：引进微型盆栽月季10个品种,在文洛型智能温室内进行单芽扦插生根试验,开展10个微型盆栽月季品种的扦插生根状况和生长性状比较研究,观测记载扦插后愈伤组织形成、生根性状、扦插成活率等指标.结果表明:不同品种微型盆栽月季在愈伤组织、根发育性状、单芽扦插成活率等指标存在显著差异,扦插成活率都达90%以上,以无穷公主、埃斯托里尔和白无穷生根能力最强.The ten varieties of miniature potted rose we introduced were experimented on single bud cutting rooting in Wenlo intelligent greenhouse by studying the cutting rooting status and growth characteristics, then recording the form of callus, cutting rooting traits and the survival rate of cutting. The results showed that there were significant differences in callus, rooting traits and survival rate of single bud cutting among different varieties of minitype potted rose, Cutting survival rate is more than 90% which were the strongest rooting ability among Princess of infinity, Estoril and White infinity.
