摘 要:矿物颗粒在流体中的沉降特性受流变学特性、流体惯性、颗粒形状及颗粒惯性的影响。针对广泛存在于矿物加工工程领域中的颗粒沉降现象,列举了几种用于研究颗粒沉降过程的常用方法,回顾了近年来关于颗粒沉降过程的相关研究,针对颗粒沉降的不同流场特性,按照沉降颗粒数量的不同,对处于层流、过度流、湍流及紊流区的颗粒沉降相应理论和研究成果进行了综述。结果表明:影响颗粒沉降的因素较多,包括沉降通道宽度、形状,沉降颗粒的密度、形状、大小和温度及沉降介质的密度、温度和黏度等,这些因素对颗粒的沉降轨迹、沉降速度和沉降过程中颗粒的振荡程度等都有一定的影响。目前,针对颗粒沉降机理的研究多数集中在规则形状的颗粒上,对不规则的真实颗粒沉降机理的研究还较为少见,采用数值模拟方法研究不规则的真实颗粒的沉降机理将是今后的主要研究方向。The sedimentation characteristics of mineral particles in fluids are influenced by rheological properties,fluid inertia,particle shape and particle inertia. Aiming at the phenomenon of particle sedimentation which is widely existed in the field of mineral processing engineering,several common methods for studying particle sedimentation are listed and related re search on particle sedimentation in recent years are reviewed. According to the different flow field characteristics of particle sedimentation,the corresponding theoretical and research results of particle sedimentation in laminar,excessive flow,turbu lent and turbulent flow areas are reviewed in the difference of the number of sediment particles. The results show that there are many factors which affecting the sedimentation of the particles,including the width and shape of the sedimentation channel, the density,shape and size of the particles,temperature and the density,temperature and viscosity of the sedimentation me dium. These factors have certain influence on the sedimentation trajectory,sedimentation velocity and sedimentation of the particles. At present,the research on the mechanism of particle sedimentation is mostly concentrated on the particles with reg ular shape,but the research on the mechanism of irregular real particle sedimentation is still rare. It will be the research direc tion to study the sedimentation mechanism of irregular real particles by numerical simulation.
