摘  要:无底柱分段崩落法的覆盖层不仅可以防止围岩崩落造成安全事故、形成挤压爆破和端部放矿条件,还可以防止漏风。但是覆盖层的粒度空间分布不合理,会导致严重的漏风问题,影响井下正常生产。针对此问题,采用实验室模拟实验的方法,使用漏风实验模型,模拟覆盖层厚度一定的情况下,粒度空间分布不同对漏风的影响,并用隶属度对粒度空间分布进行定量描述,得到隶属度与漏风量的关系。研究表明:在覆盖层厚度一定时,自然分级状态下漏风量随着小粒径岩石的隶属度的增加而减小,对控制覆盖层漏风具有一定的指导意义。The covering rock of non-pillar sublevel caving method can not only prevent safety accidents caused by rock collapse,form extrusion blasting conditions and side ore drawing conditions,but also avoid air leakage. However,unreason able particle size space distribution of the cover layer may lead to serious air leakage and affect normal production in the un derground. In order to solve this problem,the laboratory simulation experiments are made to simulate the effect of different particle size space distribution on air leakage under the condition of a certain thickness of cover layer,and the relationship be tween membership degree and air leakage is obtained by quantitative description of particle space size distribution. The re search shows that: when the thickness of the cover layer is constant,the air leakage decreases with the increase of the member ship degree of the small-size rock under the natural grading state,which has a important guiding significance for controlling the leakage of the cover layer.
