摘　　要：特色街区的规划建设是与一个国家的经济社会发展水平相适应的。20世纪90年代以来,随着我国经济社会发展水平的大幅提高,一股城市特色街区建设“热”在我国悄然兴起。深入分析特色街区建设的现实背景、主要特征和基本方略,无疑具有积极的理论与现实意义。The planning and construction of characteristic blocks is in line with the level of economic and social development of a country. Since the 1990s,with the rapid improvement of China's economic and social development level,a "hot" urban characteristic block construction has quietly risen in China. It is undoubtedly of positive theoretical and practical significance to deeply analyze the realistic background,main features and basic strategies of the construction of characteristic blocks.
