摘 要:针对目前工业供水泵运行效率低、电能消耗大、运行成本高的问题,文中设计了一种变频器自适应调节算法。该算法实现了水泵压力-电流自反馈控制过程,充分发挥压力控制模式下供水泵实际的供水性能。实验结果证明,对100%容量的80CHTA/4型供水泵进行技术改造,在保证改造后原供水能力不变的情况下,供水泵节电效率达到了9-568%。该方法显著提高了供水系统的电能效率,为科学开展水泵节能改造工作提供了参考。In view of the current situation of low operating efficiency, high energy consumption and high operating cost of industrial water supply pumps, an adaptive control algorithm of converter was proposed. The algorithm realized the pump pressure-current self-feedback control process and gave full play to the actual water supply performance of the water supply pump under the pressure control mode.After the technical transformation of the 100% capacity 80CHTA/4 water supply pump, the power saving efficiency of the water supply pump reached 9.568% under the condition that the original water supply capacity was unchanged after the transformation. The proposed method significantly improved the electrical energy efficiency of the water supply system, and provided a reference scheme for energy-saving retrofit work of pumps.
