论“工业建筑”到“工业建筑遗产”的四个发展阶段

摘　　要：工业建筑遗产作为物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,在遗产价值取向上与传统遗产明显不同。以第一次工业革命为时间起点,从现代工业建筑入手,总结并归纳出从工业建筑发展成为工业建筑遗产的四个标志性阶段:工业建筑“现代化”时期、工业建筑“艺术化”时期、工业遗存“遗产化”时期以及工业遗产“博览化”时期,以期厘清工业建筑遗产从无到有的全过程,为工业建筑的多元价值研究奠定基础。As an important part of the tangible cultural heritage the industrial building heritage is obviously different from the traditional heritage in term of the value orientation of the heritage. Taking the First Industrial Revolution as the starting point and based on the modern industrial buildings the four landmark stages from the industrial building to the industrial building heritage were summarized: the period of “modernization” of industrial buildings the period of “art translation” of industrial buildings the period of “becoming heritage” of industrial remains and the period of “exhibitions” of industrial heritages in order to clarify how the industrial building heritage grows out of nothing the paper also could lay the foundation for the study of the multiple values of industrial buildings.
