摘　　要：目的:评价30%超分子水杨酸联合2%超分子水杨酸治疗毛周角化病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年4月于笔者科室就诊的毛周角化病患者17例,以自身为对照,每2周进行1次30%超分子水杨酸治疗,每次治疗后第三天开始外用2%超分子水杨酸,每晚1次。对比治疗前后疗效。结果:治疗3次后,基本痊愈4例,显效11例,有效2例,无效0例。治疗过程中所有患者无明显不良反应发生。结论:30%超分子水杨酸联合2%超分子水杨酸治疗毛周角化病安全有效,患者满意度高,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To access the efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with 2% supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of peridermal keratosis. Methods From August 2017 to April 2018, 17 patients with pericardial keratosis were selected. The patients were treated with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid once every 2 weeks and then treated with 2% supramolecular salicylic acid once a night on the third day after each treatment. The curative effect was compared before and after treatment. Results After 3 times of treatment, 4 cases were cured, 11 cases were effective, 2 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. No significant adverse reactions occurred in all patients during the course of treatment. Conclusion 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with 2% supramolecular salicylic acid is safe and effective in the treatment of peridermal keratosis.
