当代中医皮科名家辨治脱发的经验与学术思想探讨

摘　　要：本文以《当代中医皮肤科临床家丛书》为主要依据,搜集整理30位当代中医皮科名家治疗脱发的经验及学术思想。当代中医皮科名家在临床治疗脱发中传承经典、开拓创新,从先后天全面论治脱发。重视肝、脾、肾三脏与人体气、血、精等理论研究与应用,治疗中辨病与辨证相结合,时时关注病情发展过程中病机的演变情况,并灵活实施具体治疗原则和方法。强调活血化瘀在治疗脱发中的重要性,善于应用治疗专病的特殊药物与升浮药物;各种药物配伍巧妙,全程重视情志调理,在辨证论治的基础上运用药物内调与外治相结合。当代中医皮科名家辨治脱发取得了良好的疗效,充分验证了他们的临床经验和学术思想,值得学习借鉴。Based on Contemporary Distinguished TCM Dermatologists Series, the clinical experience and academic thoughts of 30 contemporary Chinese medicine dermatologists in treating lipsotrichia are collected, sorted and analyzed.In clinical practice of treating lipsotrichia, contemporary distinguished TCM dermatologists contribute a lot in inheriting classics and innovating. They comprehensively studied the case from the perspectives of nature and nurture. They pay great attention to the research and application of the TCM Liver, Spleen and Kidney systems as well as the TCM theories of human Qi, Blood and Essence. In process of treatment, the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation is made;Great attention is paid to the pathogenesis evolution of the case during the disease progression, during which flexible and specific treatment principles and methods are implemented. The importance of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treatment of lipsotrichia is stressed. Besides, they are good at applying special medicines or medicines with floating character and functioning in lifting Qi;and all kinds of medicine are ingeniously combined in prescriptions, and emotion conditioning is attached great importance throughout the whole process. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, drugs are used both in internal and external treatment. Contemporary distinguished TCM dermatologists in treating lipsotrichia have achieved satisfying clinical efficacy, which in turn fully verifies their clinical experience and academic thinking and is worth learning.
