摘  要:目的:针对现有担架存在的问题,研制一种应用于特殊复杂环境的多功能救援担架。方法:该担架采用碳纤维材质制作,由架杆、把手、太阳能照明装置、气垫、连接机构、提手、安全护带、急救仪器盒等组成。其中气垫采用弧线形设计,可应用于水域环境转运伤员;连接机构可折叠,通过其可使担架在背式或抬式之间切换。结果:该担架相比传统担架灵活性更强,可在转运途中提供照明、基础治疗等应急措施,能较好地满足恶劣环境下对患者的转运救治。结论:该担架可在地震、洪水、风暴、雪灾等特殊救援环境下使用,且功能齐全、携带和使用方便,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective To develop a multifunctional rescue stretcher for complex environments. Methods The stretcher was made of carbon fiber, and consisted of poles, carrying handles, solar illuminators, an air cushion, connecting mechanisms,lifting handles, casualty restraint, first-aid kit and etc. The air cushion had a curved shape which facilitated casualty transport at water area, and the connecting mechanisms had a folding structure which made the stretcher switch between backpackand carrying-modes. Results The stretcher behaved better than the traditional one in flexibility, illumination, basic aid and etc, and thus could be used for casualty transport and en route treatment in austere conditions. Conclusion The stretcher gains advantages in multifunction, portability and convenience, and is worthy promoting for application in earthquake, flood,storm, snow damage and etc.
