摘  要:目的:设计基于会话初始协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)的Android视频问诊客户端,解决传统互联网医疗产品移动性差,缺少高效、交互性强的远程问诊功能等问题。方法:该客户端采用MVP(Model-View-Presenter)架构设计,采用Java语言和XML语言进行开发。使用SIP信令控制实现多媒体会话的创建与修改,利用G.726算法和H.264数字视频编解码技术实现音视频的编、解码,通过实时传输协议(real-time transport protocol,RTP)传输音视频流,并在Android操作系统上实现用户视频通话。结果:患者和医生之间可以通过视频问诊客户端直观地进行远程实时视频问诊,其音视频通话质量可以满足实际需求。结论:该客户端实时视频通话效果较好,可以为用户提供高质量的问诊服务,提高医疗资源利用率和问诊准确性。Objective To design an Android video telehealth client based on session initiation protocol to solve the problem of traditional Internet medical products in highly mobile and interactive tele consultation system. Methods The client was designed with Model-View-Presenter architecture and developed with Java and XML, which used SIP signals to control the creation and modification of multi-media session, applied G.726 algorithm and H.264 digital video codec technology to coding and decoding of audio and video documents, executed audio and video documents by real-time transport protocol and realized video communication based on Android operating system. Results Real-time video consultation could be implemented with the client developed conveniently. Conclusion The client gains advantages in real-time video call so as to enhance medical resources utilization and consultation accuracy.
