摘　　要：当代中国主要有三种政治思想,一种是曾经长期存在的封建专制政治思想,一种是部分知识分子幻想的资本主义民主政治思想,还有一种就是现在的社会主义民主政治思想。本文对封建专制政治(最强者与强者联合,可以称为贵族君主制)、资本主义政治(强者与弱者联合,可以称为民主贵族制或者党争民主制)和社会主义政治(最强者与弱者联合,称为党导民主制)予以较为深刻的剖析,并且论证:中国历史和国情决定了中国不可能走资本主义道路,社会主义政治是共产党联合最广大人民节制资本和权贵的政治,是中国人民经过长期探索后的历史选择。中国主流宪法学者不区分社会主义政治与资本主义政治,将资本主义政治塑造成科学、客观、中立和普世的政治,将资本主义宪政当作道统,批判中国社会主义政治和中华人民共和国宪法,违背宪法学人应该为本国政权合法性辩护的基本常识,已经不是宪法学者,而是资本主义道统分子了。There are mainly three kinds of political thoughts in contemporary China,one is the long-standing feudal autocratic political thought,another is the capitalist democratic political thought fantasized by some intellectuals,the third one is the socialist democratic political thought. This paper makes a deep analysis of feudal autocratic politics(the combination of the only strongest and the few strong,which can be called aristocratic monarchy),capitalist politics(the combination of the few strong and the mass weak,which can be called democratic aristocracy or party struggle democracy)and socialist politics(the combination of the only strongest and the mass weak,which is called party-led democracy). The history and national conditionsdetermine that China is not allowed to take the capitalist road. Socialist politics is the Party united with the vast majority of the people to restrain the capital and the privileged,which is the historical choice of the Chinese people after a long period of exploration. Mainstream constitutional scholars in China evade the differences between socialist politics and capitalist politics,take capitalist politics and constitutionalism as scientific,objective,value-free and universal.They criticize Chinese socialism and Chinese constitution with occidental orthodoxy,which is against the common sense that constitutional scholars should defend political power. It makes them no longer constitutional scholars but merely the advocators of occidental orthodoxy.
