摘  要:为了研究沥青路面就地热再生施工中不同因素对沥青路面加热效果的影响,设计了一套室内加热实验方法,通过记录试验板不同深度处温度变化,得出沥青路面加热过程中的温度变化曲线,分析油石比、加热源温度、加热源高度及风速等因素对沥青路面加热效果的影响。实验结果表明:油石比和加热源温度的增加有助于提高加热板对沥青混合料的加热效果;加热源高度和风速的提高会降低加热板对沥青混合料的加热效果;并通过研究试验板的散热规律得出施工过程中沥青混合料摊铺到碾压完成所需时间应尽量缩短。In order to study the influence of different factors on the heating effect of asphalt pavementonthe HIRP,a set of indoor heating experimental method were designed .By recording the temperature changes at different depths of the test panel,the temperature curve of the asphalt pavement heating process was obtained,and the effects of oil-stone ratio,heating source temperature,heating source height and wind speed on the heating effect of asphalt pavement are analyzed.The experimental results show that the increase of the ratio of oil to stone and the temperature of the heating source can improve the heating effect of the heating plate on the asphalt mixture;the increase of the heating source height and the wind speed will reduce the heating effect of the heating plate on the asphalt mixture;the heat dissipation law indicates that the time required for asphalt mixture to be paved to completion during the construction process should be shortened as much as possible.
