摘  要:以硅烷偶联剂对水玻璃进行预处理后,与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚丙二醇(PPG)作为主要原料通过滴加混合反应制备新型聚脲涂料。借助接触角测定仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对界面相容性的改性效果和硅球表面元素分布进行了研究,并探讨了偶联剂添加量对涂料机械性能的影响机理。结果表明:端氯基硅烷偶联剂的改性效果优于端环氧基或端甲基丙烯酰氧基,机械性能随着3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(C43M)添加量的增加呈现先增加后下降的趋势,添加量为2.0%时达到最优。通过热失重谱和微分热重谱(TG/DTG)研究了C43M改性涂料的热分解性能,结果表明C43M改性提高了涂料的热稳定性。New polyurea coating was prepared by mixing reaction of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate (PAPI),diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI),polypropylene glycol (PPG) and sodium silicates modified by silane coupling agents.The modification effect of interface compatibility and surface element distribution of silicon spheres was studied by using contact angle measuring instrument,scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS),and the influence mechanism of silane coupling agent addition on mechanical properties of coating was discussed.The result showed the modification effect of the silane coupling agent with terminal chloric group was better than that with terminal epoxy group or terminal methacryloxy group.With the increase of 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane (C43M) content,the mechanical properties first increased and then decreased,and the optimum addition was 2.0 %.The thermal decomposition properties of C43M modified coating was studied by means of thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetry (TG/DTG).The result showed that the thermal stability of the coating was improved by C43M modification.
