摘 要:应用于炮射导弹的发动机推进剂药柱在其发射期间承受几千甚至上万 g 的高过载,对推进剂的抗高过载性能提出了要求。根据3种配方CMDB推进剂20℃下的宽应变率单轴压缩实验,分析了固体填料含量对CMDB推进剂屈服应力的影响,并建立了 3 种配方 CMDB 推进剂 Prony 本构模型;通过有限元仿真软件建立了某一管型药柱的高过载模型并进行数值计算,对比了 3 种 CMDB 推进剂在高过载下力学响应的差异和抗过载性能的优劣。结果表明,3 种推进剂配方在同一载荷工况下具有相同的最大应力,同一应变率下屈服应力大的推进剂配方抗过载性能更好;对于 20 ℃的应用温度,CMDB推进剂最大抗过载幅值随固体填料增加呈现先增加、后减小的趋势,CMDB 推进剂配方存在一个最佳固体填料含量,使得抗过载性能最好。The propellant grains used in gun launched missiles are subjected to high overloads up to thousands of g during launching,and therefore these propellants have to be robust enough to the overloading.According to uniaxial compression experiments of three CMDB propellants over a wide range of strain rates at 20 ℃,the effect of solid filler content on the yield stress of CMDB propellants has been analyzed,and Prony constitutive models of the three CMDB propellants have been established.A finite element simulation model of a typical grain has been established to carry out numerical calculation.The difference of mechanical response and the anti overloading performance of the three CMDB propellants under high overloads are compared.The results show that these three propellants have the same maximum stress under a fixed load condition,and the propellant with higher yield stress at a given strain rate has better anti overloading performance.At 20 ℃,the CMDB propellant formulation has an optimum solid filler content,and hence provides the best anti overloading performance.
