摘 要:固体推进剂力学性能是决定固体推进剂药柱可靠性的关键性能。为准确评估贮存寿命和可靠性,需要掌握固体推进剂力学性能的分布规律以及贮存老化的影响。研究了 NEPE 推进剂老化过程中抗拉强度、初始模量、最大伸长率和断裂伸长率等力学性能参量的统计分布特性,以及加速老化过程中统计参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:同一老化状态和测试条件下,NEPE 推进剂单向拉伸力学性能参量测试值呈正态分布;不同老化状态的力学性能变异系数与老化时间、温度无关,呈正态分布。将不同老化温度、老化时间的力学性能变异系数作为来自同一总体样本的随机变量,求出了 NEPE 推进剂抗拉强度、最大伸长率、初始模量和脱湿因子的变异系数的 99%置信上限,作为固体推进剂药柱贮存可靠性评估的基础数据。Mechanical properties of solid propellants are the key factors which decide the reliability of solid propellant grains. Statistical distributions of the properties and effects of aging on the distributions are necessary in evaluating storage lifetime and reli abilities of the grains. One type of NEPE propellants has been investigated in this paper to reveal the regularities of the distributions of mechanical parameters and the effects of aging on the distributions. The results show that at the same measured condition, test values of tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at max stress, elongation at break, and the ratio of elongation at break to e longation at max stress are normally distributed. The distribution parameters are independent on the aging time and temperatures. That means the distribution parameters coming from different aging states can be cosidered to come from one sample, so the upper limits of confidence for the variation coefficient of some mechanical parameters have been calculated as constants independent of ag ing states. Those confidence limits are very important for evaluating reliabilities of solid propellant grains.
