摘 要:甲醇燃料由于存在汽化潜热大、蒸发困难的问题,一直制约着甲醇燃料汽车在我国推广使用。目前,电热式预热技术由于成本低、结构简单,是甲醇燃料预热技术的发展方向之一。通过研究不同类型预热器对甲醇燃料的预热性能,采用性能较为可靠的电网式预热器和电热塞式预热器对JL4G15型甲醇发动机进行冷起动预热试验。试验结果表明:在-10、-5、0、5℃测量环境温度下,电网式预热器冷起动预热效果要优于同功率的电热塞。因此,以电网式预热器为基础开发一种电热式甲醇冷起动系统具有一定的技术可行性。Methanol fuel has the problems of large latent heat and difficult evaporation.Methanol fuel vehicles are difficult to be popularized in China.At present,electrothermal preheating technology is one of the development directions of methanol fuel preheating technology because of its low cost and simple structure.In this paper,the preheating performance of different types of preheaters for methanol fuel was studied.The cold start preheating test of JL4G15 methanol engine was carried out by using grid preheater and electric plug preheater.The test results show that the cold start preheating effect of the grid heater is better than that of the electric plug with the same power under the four measuring ambient temperatures of -10、-5、0 and 5 ℃.The test results also show that the cold start preheating performance of methanol engine using grid preheater is better than that of electric plug preheater.Thus it is technically feasible to develop an electrothermal methanol cold start system based on grid preheater.
