摘  要:为有效净化汽车尾气中的污染物,将催化技术与低温等离子技术相结合,设计一种能够同时去除一氧化碳、碳氢、氮氧化物以及碳烟颗粒的等离子四效汽车尾气净化器。根据相关的动力学理论,建立基于压力损失的等离子四效汽车尾气净化器的数值模型,分别对不同结构参数对排气背压的影响进行数值分析。分析结果表明:当渐扩角与减缩角θ为60°、管道长度L为120mm、管道内径d为120mm时,净化器的排气背压满足国标要求;最后搭建发动机台架试验对等离子四效汽车尾气净化器的净化性能进行试验验证。结果表明:等离子四效汽车尾气净化器可同时净化一氧化碳、碳氢、氮氧化物以及碳烟颗粒,且当发动机转速为2400r/min、发动机运转时间超过8h后,净化器净化性能达到最佳。In order to purify pollutants from vehicle exhaust effectively,four-way automobile exhaust purifier is designed combined catalytic technology with non-thermal plasma technology,which can simultaneously remove carbon monoxide,hydrocarbon,nitrogen oxides and soot particles.The numerical model of four-way automobile exhaust purifier is established based on pressure loss,and the influence of different structural parameters on exhaust backpressure is numerically analyzed.The results show that:when the angle of expansion and reduction is 60 degrees,the length of the pipeline is 120 mm,the inner diameter of the pipe is 120 mm,the exhaust backpressure of the purifier meets the requirements of the national standard.Finally,the engine bench test is built to verify the purification performance of the four-way automobile exhaust purifier.The results show that:the four-way automobile exhaust purifier can simultaneously remove carbon monoxide,hydrocarbon,nitrogen oxides and soot particles,and when the engine speed is 2 400 r/min,the engine running time exceeds 8h,the purifier has the best purification performance.
