摘 要:提出一种哑铃形具有带通滤波性能的紧凑型90°阶梯扭波导.引入圆滑哑铃结构可以避免因拐角可能产生的高电场强度(电场聚集效应).该扭波导利用介质基片替代传统金属波导关节.便于加工制造.既能实现电磁波的90°极化旋转.又能实现带宽为190MHz的滤波功能.相对带宽较之可以实现相同功能的结构扩宽约58%.具有高Q值、小尺寸、制造成本低等特点.带内插损为0.4dB.扭波导结构的纵向长度为1.6mm(约0.08λc).实现器件的小型化.A Bow-Tie 90° step twist waveguide with the performance of band-pass filter is proposed. The smooth Bow-Tie structure could be easily manufactured. What’s more, this structure can avoid high-strength electric field excited by corner point. And the material of the twist waveguide is F4 B rather than traditional metal waveguide. The twist waveguide can achieve 90° polarization rotation of electromagnetic wave, and can also be regarded as a filter with 190 MHz bandwidth and the relative bandwidth compared with the structure that can achieve similar function is broaden by 58 percent. It has the feature of high quality factor, small size and low manufacturing costs. The insertion loss is 0.4 dB. The total length of the twist waveguide section is only 1.6 mm(0.08λ_c) and it achieves the miniaturization of device dramatically.
