摘　　要：目的建立同时测定中成药保健品中4种生育酚含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为YMCCarotenoid-C30柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为294nm,柱温为20℃,进样量为10μL。结果α,β,γ,δ-生育酚质量浓度线性范围分别为5.28~63.36,5.42~65.09,5.23~62.77,5.10~61.15μg/mL(r>0.999),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于2%;平均加样回收率分别为95.77%,95.23%,97.43%,94.83%,RSD值分别为1.13%,1.86%,1.34%,1.73%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,准确,精密度、稳定性、重复性、耐用性均较好,可用于同时测定中成药保健品中4种生育酚含量。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for content determination of four tocopherols in Chinese patent medicine and functional food.Methods The chromatographic column was YMC Carotenoid-C30 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(gradient elution),the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 294 nm,the column temperature was 20℃and the sample size was 10μL.Results Theα,β,γ,δ-tocopherol showed good linear relationship in the ranges of 5.28-63.36,5.42-65.09,5.23-62.77,5.10-61.15μg/mL(r>0.999).RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were less than 2%.The average recoveries were 95.77%,95.23%,97.43%,94.83%,RSDs were 1.13%,1.86%,1.34%,1.73%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,it has good precision,stability,repeatability and durability,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of four tocopherols in Chinese patent medicine and functional food.
