水蛭粉在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察水蛭粉在脑梗死患者治疗中的效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年11月我院收治的50例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各25例,对照组采用常规预防治疗,研究组在常规预防治疗的基础上联合水蛭粉治疗,统计分析两组患者的血液血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP-140)水平、神经功能缺损评分、生活能力状态评分、临床疗效。结果研究组患者的血液vWF水平、神经功能缺损评分、生活能力状态评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗的总有效率[84.0%(21/25)]显著高于对照组[72.0%(18/25)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的GMP-140比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水蛭粉治疗脑梗死患者的效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of Leech Powder in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2017 to November2018 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine prevention, the study group were treated with Leech Powder on the basis of routine prevention. The blood hematovascular pseudohemophilia factor(vWF), platelet alpha-granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140) levels, neurological deficit scores, life state scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The blood vWF level, neurological deficit score and living ability score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05), and the total treatment effective rate(84.0%[21/25]) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0%[18/25]), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference of GMP-140 after treatment between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Leech Powder has significant effect in the treatment of neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.
