摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者MIF基因多态性检测的意义。方法选取2017年12月~2018年11月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的146例CIS患者和在体检中心体检的143例健康人作为研究对象,将其分别纳入卒中组和健康组,从MIF-173G/C多态性位点基因型和等位基因频率方面,比较两组的差异。结果在MIF-173G/C多态性位点基因型分析结果方面,卒中组GG型基因频率低于健康组,CC型基因频率高于健康组。在MIF-173G/C等位基因频率比较方面,卒中组MIF-173G/C等位基因G的频率低于健康组,等位基因C的频率高于健康组,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论携带MIF-173CC基因的人群,罹患脑卒中的风险更高,另外等位基因C增加了脑卒中的发病风险。Objective To explore the significance of MIF gene polymorphism in patients with ischemic stroke (CIS).Methods All of 146 patients with CIS who treated in Mudanjiang Medical School Affiliated Hongqi hospital and 143 healthy persons who examined in the physical examination center were selected as object of study from December 2017 to November 2018. They were divided into stroke group and healthy group. The genotype and allele frequency of MIF-173 G/C polymorphic loci were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of genotype analysis results of MIF-173 G/C polymorphic loci, the GG gene frequency of stroke group was lower than that of healthy group, and the CC gene frequency was higher than that of healthy group. In terms of the frequency comparison results of mif-173 g/C allele, the frequency of MIF-173 G/C allele G in the stroke group was lower than that in the healthy group, and the frequency of allele C was higher than that in the healthy group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion People with MIF-173 CC have a higher risk of stroke, and allele C increases the risk of stroke.
