摘　　要：目的探讨掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月我院收治的62例手指软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各31例。对照组接受侧方皮瓣修复术,观察组接受掌背动脉皮支皮瓣修复术,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的Ⅰ期愈合率、成活率、TAM手功能评分、精神健康评分和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的躯体疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of the cutaneous branch of distal palm-back artery flap in repairing soft tissue defects of fingers. Methods A total of 62 patients with finger soft tissue defect accepted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received lateral flap repair, and the observation group received dorsal metacarpal artery flap repair. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group, and total incidence of complications of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing rate, survival rate, TAM hand function score, mental health score and social function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in body pain score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The cutaneous branch of distal palm-back artery flap has significant effect in repairing soft tissue defects of fingers, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
