摘　　要：目的探讨无精子症患者显微镜下睾丸切开取精术对血清性激素水平和性功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年12月本中心接受显微镜下睾丸切开取精术70例无精子症患者,采用自身对照的方法,比较患者术前及术后的血清性激素水平和性功能问卷评分的变化情况。结果显微镜下睾丸切开取精术术前及术后,两组的黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的血清中总睾酮(TT)以及睾酮分泌指数(TSI,TSI=TT/LH)和游离睾酮指数(FTI,FTI=TT/SHBG)数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的国际勃起功能评分-5(IIEF-5)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜下睾丸切开取精术对无精子症患者睾丸功能影响不大。Objective To investigate the change of serum sex hormone levels and the sexual function in patients with azoospermia after microdissection testicular sperm extraction. Methods Seventy patients with azoospermia who underwent microsurgery from May 2016 to December 2017 were selected, by using the self-control method, the serum sex hormone levels and the sexual function of patients were compared before and after microdissection testicular sperm extraction. Results The luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) levels and serum total testosterone(TT) and testosterone secretion index(TSI, TSI=TT/LH) and free testosterone index(FTI, FTI=TT/SHBG) values and international index of erectile function-5(HEF-5) had not a significant difference compared with before operation(P>0.05). Conclusions Microdissection testicular sperm extraction has little effect on testicular function in patients with azoospermia.
