麝香保心丸联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香保心丸联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取98例原发性高血压伴稳定性心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各49例。对照组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀进行治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合麝香保心丸治疗,比较两组患者临床总有效率、用药后不良反应发生率及血压情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压及舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀联合麝香保心丸治疗原发性高血压伴稳定性心绞痛的效果优于单纯氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗,可有效减轻患者心绞痛症状,维持血压稳定性,减少心绞痛发作次数。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Amlodipine and Atorvastatin in treatment of essential hypertension with stable angina pectoris. Methods: 98 patients with essential hypertension and stable angina pectoris were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, 49 cases in each. The control group was treated with Amlodipine and Amlodipine, while the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of that of the control group. The total effective rate, the incidence of adverse reactions and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 95.92% in the study group and 79.59% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.33% in the study group and 20.41% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After the treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Amlodipine and Atorvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of the patients with essential hypertension and stable angina pectoris are superior to Amlodipine and Atorvastatin. They can effectively relieve the angina pectoris symptoms, maintain the blood pressure stability and reduce the number of angina pectoris attack.
