摘  要:齿轮变速传动机构中,经常会涉及到差速机构,这些差速机构往往是利用差动齿轮系来实现差速目的。齿轮差速机构是机械式的运算装置,其传动比准确、结构紧凑、工作可靠。从差动齿轮机构的基本原理出发,分析了内啮合、外啮合、锥齿轮三种不同形式的齿轮差速机构,并以这三种形式为基础,通过对三种不同形式的齿轮差速机构设计实例的分析,探讨了这三种差动齿轮机构的应用、设计特点及其设计时的注意点。Differential mechanism is often involved in gear transmission mechanism, which often uses differential gear system to achieve differential purpose. Gear differential mechanism is a mechanical calculating device with accurate transmission ratio, compact structure and reliable operation. Starting from the basic principle of differential gear mechanism, this paper analyses three different forms of gear differential mechanism, i.e. internal meshing, external meshing and bevel gear. Based on these three forms, through the analysis of three different forms of gear differential mechanism design examples, the application, design characteristics and points for attention in design of these three types of differential gear mechanism are discussed.
