摘 要:针对当前预应力张拉装置存在手动操作繁琐、张拉力控制精度差、钢铰线回缩检测精度低等问题,本文围绕一种新型预应力自动张拉装置设计了相应的液压控制回路。该回路采用T、B接口连通的三位四通主控电磁阀,并辅以二位二通电磁阀、节流阀、位移传感器,构建了张拉装置控制回路;设计了集成阀体,将液压油路集成于阀体内部,减少了管路连接,极大简化了装置的结构。这些设计为预应力张拉装置实现全自动张拉,并对钢铰线回缩量进行精确检测创造了条件。According to some problems of the prestressed tensioning device, such as complicated manual operation, poor tension control precision and low retraction detection accuracy of steel hinge line, this paper designed the hydraulic control loop for a new type of prestressed automatic tensioning device. The three-position four-way master solenoid valve connected by interfaces T and B, supplemented by two-position two-way solenoid valve, throttle valve and displacement sensor, is used to construct the hydraulic control circuit of the tensioning device. The integrated valve body is designed, which integrates the hydraulic oil circuit into the body, reduces the pipeline connection and simplifies the structure of the device greatly. All of this creates conditions for the device to automatically tension and accurately measure the retraction of the steel hinge line.
