摘　　要：《湖州职业技术学院学报》(以下简称《湖职学报》)自创刊以来,始终坚持立足湖州,重视湖州研究类栏目建设,先后设置十多个湖州研究类栏目,发表各类湖州研究论文177篇,为湖州文化事业发展作出了贡献;同时,学报在这个过程中也彰显了学报的优势和特色,产生了良好的业界和社会影响。由于多方面的因素,湖州研究类栏目建设也存在特色栏目优势不明显、办好特色栏目的内外条件有局限、作者队伍流动性大、栏目审稿专家队伍不稳定结构不合理、采编和传播手段信息化程度不高等诸多问题。回顾《湖职学报》特色栏目16年的发展轨迹,提炼经验,查找不足,是为了进一步明确学报办刊方向,厘清今后的发展思路,使学报因其优势特色栏目的存在而更具生命力和个性魅力,更好地服务于学校区域名校建设,促进校地合作,推动湖州经济社会和文化事业发展;同时,期望我们对湖州研究类栏目的探索和思考,可以为同类地方高校学报提供些许发展过程中的借鉴和参考。Journal of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Huzhou Vocational Journal ) has always been based on Huzhou and attached great importance to the construction of Huzhou research columns. More than ten Huzhou research columns have been set up successively, and 177 research papers have been published, which has contributed to the development of Huzhou’s cultural undertakings. At the same time, the advantages and characteristics of the Journal have been highlighted in this process. Achievements have produced good industry and social impact. However, due to various factors, there are also many problems in the construction of Huzhou research columns, such as the lack of obvious advantages of characteristic columns, the limitation of internal and external conditions for running characteristic columns, the fluidity of the author team, the unreasonable structure of the column review expert team, and the low degree of informatization of the means of collection, compilation and dissemination. Reviewing the development track of the characteristic column of Huzhou Vocational Journal for 16 years, extracting experience and finding out deficiencies is to further clarify the direction of running the journal, clarify the future development ideas, make the journal more vitality and personality charm, better serve the construction of regional famous schools, promote school site cooperation, and promote the development of Huzhou’s economic, social and cultural undertakings. It is hoped that our exploration and reflection on Huzhou research columns can provide some insights into the development of similar local university journals.
