云南省农村生活污水处理设施运行现状调查分析

摘　　要：对云南省9个市县农村污水处理设施进行调查及采样研究,按不同处理工艺对农村生活污水处理系统进出水水质进行了对比分析,提出云南省农村生活污水处理存在的问题:部分村落旱季收集不到污水,大部分污水通过沟渠排入农灌沟或者下游水体,污水处理设施没有进水,无法正常运行;缺乏有效的管理措施;缺乏适应云南省农村污水处理的排放标准;缺乏后期有效维护资金。The rural sewage treatment facilities of nine counties and cities in Yunnan province were investigated and sampled, and a comparative analysis of the inlet and outlet water quality of the rural domestic sewage treatment system from different treatment processes was conducted. The existing problems of rural sewage treatment were identified. There was no sewage water collected for some facilities in dry season, which resulted in unfunctional facilities. So, the sewage water went to irrigation diches. The lack of effective management and operational money could not maintain the facilities work well. Additionally, there is no corresponding sewage water discharge standard for rural facility.
