摘　　要：以实际工程为例,论文阐述了合同管理存在的风险,对国际工程承包合同管理进行了介绍,分析存在的问题并提出对应的解决措施,以促进国际工程承包管理体系的进一步完善与发展。Taking the practical engineering as an example,this paper expounds the risks existing in the contract management,introduces the international engineering contract management,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to promote the further improvement and development of the international engineering contract management system.
