摘　　要：科学数据共享平台网站是提供科学数据资源共享服务的综合信息系统,是用户获取科学数据资源的主要渠道。以天津、山西、吉林、上海、浙江、江西、湖北、广东和陕西9个省份的科学数据共享平台网站为研究对象,从网站页面、数据资源、数据获取、共享服务等4个方面构建评价体系,并分别以2014年和2018年两次检索的数据,对比分析这9个省份科学数据共享平台网站建设的实际状况。结果显示:全国省级层面科学数据共享平台建设整体情况不优,网站功能较为单一,可浏览、检索、获取的数据资源较少。建议在国家科学数据管理及开放共享的宏观政策框架下,各省应因地制宜,通过制度创新、模式创新,推动省级层面科学数据共享平台建设。The website of scientific data sharing platform is a comprehensive information system which provides scientific data resources sharing service, it is the main channel for users to obtain scientific data resources. In this paper, by taking the 9 provincial scientific data sharing platform websites as the research objects, we build the evaluation system from the 4 aspects of web page, data resources, data acquisition and sharing services. Based on the data retrieved in 2014 and 2018, the actual situations of the 31 provincial scientific data sharing platform websites in China's Mainland are compared and analyzed. The results show: the overall situation of the scientific data sharing platform at the provincial level is not good. The website has relatively single function, and less data resources can be browsed, retrieved and obtained. It is suggested that under the macro-policy framework of national scientific data management and open sharing, all provinces (municipalities or autonomous regions) should promote the construction of provincial scientific data sharing platforms through institutional innovation and model innovation.
