Cooperation Network Characteristic of Emerging Industry Innovation Institutions and Related Policy Implication——Taking Network of Vehicles Industry for Example

摘　　要：新兴产业创新机构开展合作创新是战略资源配置的一种必要手段。文章以车联网产业为例,对技术创新合作网络进行研究。以CNKI数据库为数据源,基于“车联网”和“智能网联汽车”主题文献,构建创新合作网络。研究发现,车联网产业早期至快速发展期创新合作网络迅速拓展,政产学多元合作创新模式成为大趋势,产业联盟有利于促进创新合作。鉴于此,可为产业主体间创新合作提供产业情报服务。Cooperation is a necessary strategic resources allocation means for emerging industry innovation institutions. By taking the network of vehicles industry for example, this paper reported research on cooperation network of innovation institutions. Articles in CNKI database whose topic words are “network of vehicles” and “intelligent networked vehicles” were retrieved and used to compose innovation cooperation network based on institution information. It was found that cooperation network of innovation institutions has expanded promptly from the early stage to fast developing stage of this emerging industry;government-industry-university cooperation innovation has become a trend;industrial alliance promotes cooperation. Therefore, Industrial intelligence service should be provided to promote innovation cooperation among institutions in the industry.
