“一带一路”背景下边贸企业可持续发展能力影响因素研究——基于新疆边贸企业的实证分析

摘　　要：文章基于钻石模型的基本理论,分析边贸企业构成影响因素的作用机制,构建边贸企业可持续发展能力影响因素指标体系,以新疆边贸企业为研究对象,对影响边贸企业可持续发展能力的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:政策因子和环境因子是影响边贸企业可持续发展能力的关键因子,服务部门因子、企业协作与竞争因子、企业成长因子是影响边贸企业可持续发展能力的重要因子。政府和政策环境的改善对边贸企业可持续发展能力的形成起到了促进作用;物流运输业、金融部门服务质量的改善对边贸企业可持续发展能力的形成具有一定的积极影响,但未达到预期效果;企业自身发展、企业协作与竞争对边贸企业可持续发展能力的形成作用并不明显。基于此,提出充分发挥政府作用、改善经营环境、加强主体地位以及战略合作来提高边贸企业可持续发展能力。Based on the basic theory of Diamond Model, this paper analyzed the action mechanism of the influencing factors on border trade enterprises. Formulating an index system of influencing factors on border trade enterprises' sustainable development ability, it analyzed those factors affecting the sustainable development ability of border trade enterprises in Xinjiang. The results showed that policy and environment are the key factors, and service sector, enterprise cooperation and competition, and enterprise growth are the important factors. The improvement of the government efficiency and policy environment promotes the formation of sustainable development ability of these enterprises, while the improvement of the service quality of logistics and transportation and finance has a certain positive impact on the formation--more efforts needed to reach the expected effect. The development of enterprises and the cooperation and competition between enterprises have no obvious effect on their ability to sustain developments. Therefore, the efficiency of governmental departments should be improved, the business environment should be improved, and the status of the main body and strategic cooperation should be strengthened so that the capacity for sustainable development of the border trade enterprises can be developed.
