自凝塑料蜡棒间接法在前牙桩核印模中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自凝塑料蜡棒间接法在前牙桩核印模中的临床应用价值。方法46例口腔科就诊患者,共49颗完善根管治疗后的前牙残冠、残根,患者先后采用自凝塑料蜡棒间接法和硅橡胶印模法进行前牙桩核印模,其中设置自凝塑料蜡棒间接法为观察组,硅橡胶印模法为对照组。比较两组椅旁操作时间及前牙桩核修复效果。结果两组椅旁操作时间均<10min,观察组椅旁操作时间(5.93±1.70)min明显短于对照组的(6.85±1.15)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组前牙桩核修复成功率为93.88%,与对照组的85.71%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自凝塑料蜡棒间接法应用在前牙桩核印模中可减少操作时间,且具有较好的适用性,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical value of indirect method of self-curing plastic wax stick applied in impression of anterior teeth post and core.Methods There were 46 patients with 49 residual crowns and roots of anterior teeth after root canal therapy.Indirect method of self-curing plastic wax stick and silicone rubber impression method were used for anterior teeth post-core impression in each patient.Patients with indirect method of self-curing plastic wax stick was set as observation group,and patients with silicone rubber impression method as control group.The chairside operation time and repairing effect of anterior teeth post-core were compared between the two groups.Results The chairside operation time of both groups was < 10 min.The observation group had obviously shorter chairside operation time as (5.93±1.70) min than (6.85±1.15) min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The observation group had no statistically significant difference in successful rate of anterior post-core restoration as 93.88%,comparing with 85.71% in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The indirect method of self-curing plastic wax stick can reduce the operation time in the impression of anterior teeth post and core,and has good applicability.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
