功能康复训练对重度肢体瘫痪患者肢体功能恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重度肢体瘫痪患者采用功能康复训练对其肢体功能恢复的影响。方法106例重度肢体瘫痪患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各53例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用功能康复训练。比较两组患者干预前后Fugl-Meyer评测法(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,两组FMA、MBI评分均高于干预前,且实验组FMA评分(62.37±9.78)分、MBI评分(72.84±8.79)均高于对照组的(39.13±7.93)、(40.15±8.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率11.32%低于对照组的28.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能康复训练可有效改善重度肢体瘫痪患者肢体功能,降低并发症发生率,提高日常生活能力。Objective To discuss the effect of functional rehabilitation training on recovery of limb function in patients with severe limb paralysis.Methods A total of 106 patients with severe limb paralysis were divided by random number table method into control group and experimental group,with 53 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received functional rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score, modified Barthel index (MBI) score before and after intervention and occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results After intervention,both groups had higher FMA and MBI score than those before intervention, and the experimental group had higher FMA score as (62.37±9.78) points and MBI score as (72.84±8.79) points than (39.13±7.93) and (40.15±8.76) points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The experimental group had lower incidence of complications as 11.32% than 28.30% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Functional rehabilitation training can effectively improve the limb function of patients with severe limb paralysis,lower their incidence of complications and improve activities of daily living.
