党建品牌工程引领培育德育生态系统模式探析

摘　　要：为加强党建品牌建设,材料科学与工程学院党委实施“五心四化”党建品牌工程,以红心、初心、同心、信心、决心为工作的引领和行动指南,遵循“四化”工作方法。同时,“材料之家??德育生态系统”实现教育观念以教师为中心转移到以学习者为中心上来,形成师生需求互补,培育内生动力的自运行系统。通过概念的提出、设计目标、实施方案的解读、目标评价解读运行机理。阐述了“五心”既是党员的指南针,也是德育生态系统的基础,“四化”行动既是党建的载体,也是德育生态系统的行动坐标的观点?推动以“五心四化”党建品牌工程引领培育“材料之家??德育生态系统”模式的探索。In order to strengthen the brand project of Party building,the party committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering implemented the"five hearts and four hua"Party building project,which is guided by "passion,beginners’ inspiration,collaboration,confidence,determination for the work",and the methods called "four hua"at work. At the same time,the project of "family of materials-ecosystem of moral education"helps to realize the shift of education method from teacher-centered to learner-centered,thus form a self-running system in which teachers and students complement each other in terms of needs and cultivating endogenous driving forces. The operation mechanism is interpreted from the aspects of the concept,design objective,interpretation of the implementation scheme and target evaluation.This paper expounds the viewpoint"five hearts"is not only the compass of party members,but also the foundation of ecosystem of moral education."four hua " is not only the carrier of party building,but also the action coordinate of moral education,and it suggests the exploration of "family of materials-ecosystem of moral education"mode guided by "five hearts and four hua"brand project of Party building.
