综合康复护理在面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理在面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治中的效果。方法以我院收治的74例面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,通过单盲随机法将其分为试验组和参照组,各37例。试验组给予综合康复护理,参照组给予常规康复护理,比较两组康复护理效果。结果护理后半年,试验组瘢痕状况优于参照组(P>0.05)。试验组护理有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后半年,两组TNF-α、IL-1、INF-γ水平均升高,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后半年,两组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能及物质生活评分均升高,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治中,综合康复护理应用效果显著,可改善患者瘢痕状况,提高TNF-α、IL-1、INF-γ水平及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in prevention and treatment of scar after facial deep Ⅱ degree burns. Methods A total of 74 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group by single blind random method, with 37 cases in each group. The experimental group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, and the control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing. The effects of rehabilitation nursing were compared between the two groups. Results At six months after nursing, the scar condition in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P>0.05). The effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months after nursing, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and INF-γ in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months nursing, the scores of psychological function, social function, physical function and material life of the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of scar after facial deep Ⅱ degree burns, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a remarkable effect, it can improve the scar condition, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, INF-γ and the quality of life of patients.
