人血白蛋白在消化道肿瘤手术围术期的临床应用分析及评价

摘　　要：目的了解人血白蛋白在本院消化道肿瘤患者中的使用情况,促进该药的合理使用。方法采用回顾性分析方法,随机抽取本院2016年8月至2018年1月应用人血白蛋白的360例消化道肿瘤住院患者病例,对患者的基本资料、手术部位、应用人血白蛋白的适应证、手术前后血清白蛋白浓度等进行统计分析。结果人血白蛋白平均使用量为(17.39±7.13)g,平均疗程为(5.36±3.16)d,用药前患者血清白蛋白水平大部分为26~35 g·L^-1,手术部位主要为胃部,适应证主要为低蛋白血症,术前即存在低蛋白血症者占31.4%,术前正常而术后出现低蛋白血症者占66.7%。结论人血白蛋白在本院消化道肿瘤患者中的合理使用还需加强。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the use of human serum albumin in gastrointestinal tumor patients of our hospital, and promote the rational use of the drug. METHODS By adopting retrospective analysis, 360 medical records of gastrointestinal tumor inpatients administered with human serum albumin in our hospital during August 2016 to January 2018 were selected randomly to analyze the basic data,the surgical site, the indications of human serum albumin and the concentration of serum albumin before and after the operation. RESULTS The average use amount of human serum albumin was (17.39±7.13) g, the average course was (5.36±3.16) d, serum albumin concentration of the most patients before drug administration was 26-35 g·L^-1, the main surgery site was gastricarea,the indication for using human serum albumin was mainly hypoproteinemia,preoperative hypoproteinemia patients accounted for 31.4%, and postoperative hypoproteinemia patients accounted for 66.7%. CONCLUSION The rational use of human serum albumin in gastrointestinal tumor patients needs to be strengthened.
