不同剂量戊酸雌二醇联合球囊支架对宫腔粘连分离术术后再粘连及凝血功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量戊酸雌二醇联合球囊支架对宫腔粘连分离术术后再粘连及凝血功能的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院100例2017年2月-2018年2月宫腔粘连分离术患者。随机分组,小剂量治疗组采取1mg/d剂量的戊酸雌二醇联合球囊支架治疗,大剂量治疗组则采取2mg/d剂量的戊酸雌二醇联合球囊支架治疗。比较两组临床疗效,宫腔粘连症状缓解时间、粘连松解时间,治疗前后患者凝血功能相关监测指标,术后再次粘连发生率。结果:大剂量治疗组临床疗效、宫腔粘连症状缓解时间、粘连松解时间均优于小剂量治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量治疗组术后再次粘连发生率低于小剂量治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组凝血功能相关监测指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组凝血功能相关监测指标均未明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2mg/d剂量的戊酸雌二醇联合球囊支架治疗宫腔粘连分离术效果好,无明显不良反应,且对患者的凝血功能无产生明显的影响。Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of Estradiol Valerate combined with balloon stent on re-adhesion and coagulation function after intrauterine adhesion separation.Method:One hundred patients with intrauterine adhesions from April 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.The low dose treatment group was treated with 1 mg/d dose of Estradiol Valerate combined with balloon stent,while the high dose treatment group was treated with 2 mg/d dose of Estradiol Valerate combined with balloon stent.The clinical efficacy,the remission time of uterine adhesion symptoms,the release time of adhesion,the related monitoring indexes of coagulation function before and after treatment,and the incidence of postoperative adhesion between the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effect,remission time and release time of uterine adhesion in the high dose treatment group were significantly better than those in the low dose treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adhesion in the high dose treatment group was lower than that in the low dose treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in coagulation function related monitoring indexes between the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The 2 mg/d dose of Estradiol Valerate combined with balloon stent is effective in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions without obvious adverse reactions,and has no significant effect on the patients’ coagulation function.
