厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合美托洛尔治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对老年重症心力衰竭患者实行美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取93例在笔者所在医院接受治疗的老年重症心力衰竭患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为2014年1月-2017年12月,以治疗方式的不同分两组,实行美托洛尔治疗的患者设为对照组,实行美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗的患者设为观察组,对比两组患者的临床效果情况。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组;观察组患者的LVESD及LEVDD值均显著低于对照组;观察组患者的LVSV及LVEF值均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予老年重症心力衰竭患者行美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗可有效提高临床效果,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in elderly patients with severe heart failure.Method:93 elderly patients with severe heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the clinical research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients treated with Metoprolol were set as the control group,and the patients treated with Metoprolol combined with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets were set as the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The values of LVESD and LEVDD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The values of LVSV and LVEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Metoprolol and Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with severe heart failure,and has a high clinical value.
