摘　　要：目的:探讨腔静脉滤器联合置管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓。方法:研究人员随机抽取2016年3月-2018年2月来院就诊的120例急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,所有的患者均为自愿参与且符合纳入标准,采用随机系统将患者均分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受外周抗凝溶栓治疗,观察组患者接受腔静脉滤器联合置管溶栓治疗,根据患者的大腿及小腿消肿率、大腿及小腿周径差、介入治疗效果评估本次研究的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的大腿及小腿周径差均小于对照组,且观察组患者的大腿及小腿消肿率均高于对照组,观察组患者的溶栓持续时间及住院时长均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性下肢深静脉血栓患者接受腔静脉滤器联合置管溶栓治疗效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis on acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Method:120 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity who came to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected.All patients were voluntary participants and met the criteria of admission and did not meet the exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with peripheral anticoagulant thrombolytic therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis.The clinical effect of this study was evaluated according to the patient’s thigh and calf detumescence rate,the difference of thigh and calf circumference,and the effect of interventional therapy.Result:The difference of thigh and calf circumference in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the rate of thigh and calf detumescence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The duration of thrombolysis and length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity with vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis is effective.
