摘  要:目的:评价经皮椎体成形术和保守疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:纳入102例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为手术组和保守组,对手术组实施经皮椎体成形术治疗,对保守组实施保守治疗。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS评分、Cobb’s角、椎体前缘高度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术组术后3、6个月VAS评分均低于保守组,Cobb’s角均小于保守组,伤椎前缘高度均高于保守组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与保守疗法比较,经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折,能够更加迅速地缓解患者机体痛苦,获得更可靠的整体疗效。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and conservative treatment in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Method:A total of 102 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into surgery group and conservative group.Percutaneous vertebroplasty was performed in the operation group,and conservative treatment was performed in the conservative group.Result:There were no significant differences in the VAS score,Cobb’s angle,and vertebral body height between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the operation group were lower than that of the conservative group(P<0.05),and the Cobb’s angle was smaller than the conservative group(P<0.05).The height of the injured front was higher than that of the conservative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conservative treatment,percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can more quickly alleviate the patients’ body pain and obtain a more reliable overall effect.
