摘  要:对中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司连续重整装置现有混苯调合汽油方案进行了分析。为进一步提高经济效益,结合装置现状,对混苯调合汽油方案提出两种优化方向:调整二甲苯塔侧线抽出量;将脱C6塔底油直接调合汽油。经过分析论证,最终确定调整二甲苯塔侧线抽出量为最优方向。采用本方案调整操作后取得了良好效果,不仅产品质量得到了保证,而且每年可增产中压蒸汽8 760 t,节省活性白土16.5 t,直接经济效益145万元。The existing blended xylene gasoline scheme of the continuous catalytic reforming unit of Sinopec Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. is analyzed. In order to further improve the economic benefits and combine with the present situation of the unit, two optimization processes for the blended xylene gasoline are proposed, such as adjustment of side-line extraction capacity of xylene tower and direct blending bottom oil from removed C6 of tower. After analysis and demonstration, the optimum direction of adjusting the side-line extraction quantity of xylene tower is finally determined. The adjusted operation in this scheme has achieved good results. Not only product quality has been effectively guaranteed, but also the medium-pressure steam can be increased by 8 760 t each year, the activated clay can be saved by 165 t each year, and direct economic benefits of 1.45 million yuan each year can be obtained.
