摘  要:以醋酸乙烯(VAc),丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)和二丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDA)为主体原料,应用种子乳液聚合工艺,制备了单组分自交联水性塑-塑复合胶。讨论了VAc与BA配比,AA与EGDA用量,常规乳化剂及反应型乳化剂用量对复合胶合成及性能的影响,通过剥离强度实验对制备的复合胶进行了表征分析。结果表明,当VAc∶BA的质量比为40∶60,乳化剂总量占单体总质量的1.8%,反应型乳化剂占乳化剂总质量的5%~10%,AA与EGDA占VAc与BA两种单体质量之和的3%~4%时,得到的单组分自交联水性塑-塑复合胶性能最佳。Using vinyl acetate(VAc),butyl acrylate(BA),acrylic acid(AA) and two ethylene glycol ester(EGDA) as the main raw materials,the single component self-crosslinking waterborne plastic/plastic composite adhesive was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The effects of VAc/BA ratio,AA/EGDA dosage,conventional emulsifier and reactive emulsifier dosage on the synthesis and properties of the composite were discussed.The prepared composite was characterized by peeling strength test.The results showed that when the mass ratio of VAc∶BA was 40∶60,the total amount of emulsifier was 1.8% of the total monomer mass,the reactive emulsifier was 5%~10% of the total mass of emulsifier,and AA and EGDA were 3%~4% of the sum of the mass of VAc and BA,the self-crosslinking water-based plastic-plastic composite adhesive had the best performance.
