摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法及煅烧技术制备TiO2柱撑有机累托石(TiO2/OREC),利用沉积法将AgCl分散到TiO2表面,再通过钠灯照射使部分Ag+还原成Ag0,获得具有等离子体效应的Ag@AgCl-TiO2/OREC复合材料。以红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、投射电镜及紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等手段分析了所制备材料的结构、相貌及光性能。以甲基橙(MO)为模型污染物对材料的吸附/光催化降解性能进行评价。UV-Vis吸收光谱表明,经Ag等离子体修饰后,样品对可见光的响应增强。Ag@AgCl-TiO2/OREC对MO展现了良好的吸附-光催化降解性能,在光照180min后对MO的去除率达94%,循环使用3次后去除率仍达80%。TiO2 pillared OREC was prepared by sol-gel method combing calcination technique.Then AgCl nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of TiO2 and some of Ag+were photo-reduced to Ag0 by sodium lamp,from which Ag@ AgCl-TiO2/organic rectorite photocatalytic material with plasma effect was obtained.The structure,microscopy and optical performance of materials were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM and UV-Vis.The photocatalytic efficiency of samples was evaluated by the degradation of methylene orange under visible light irradiation.UV-Vis absorbance spectra showed that the visible-light-driven photocatalytic efficiency of materials was greatly improved by the loading of Ag plasma.The Ag@AgCl-TiO2/OREC presented good adsorption-photocatalytic activities in the removal of methylene orange and 94% MO was removed after irradiation for 180 min.After the reaction was consecutively performed three times,the removel rate was still remain at 80%.
