摘 要:本文分析了超前管棚支护机理,并运用有限元分析软件对该隧道浅埋破碎段进行了仿真数值模拟,分别对不采用和采用超前管棚时围岩的位移情况、应力变化情况进行了模拟,定量分析了超前管棚在浅埋破碎地层中的加固效果。结果表明:超前管棚“简支梁”支护效果明显;采用超前管棚注浆支护能显著抑制软弱破碎围岩的变形及沉降,减少隧道支护结构的受力;CRD工法与超前管棚预支护相结合的施工方法能很好的控制围岩变形,可大大满足隧道的运营安全和沉降要求。In view of the Jituhui railway passenger dedicated line which across the shallow buried tunnel broken section,the CRD method combined with a method of pipe-shield pre-support is adopted in the design.In this paper,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate numerical model of shallow buried tunnel broken section,the displacement and stress of surrounding rock is simulated when advanced pipe roof is used or not used,and quantitative analysis of reinforcement effect of the advanced pipe roof in shallow buried and broken formation is carried out.The results show that supporting effect of the advanced tube shed"beam"is obvious;the use of advanced pipe shed grouting support can significantly inhibit the deformation and settlement of weak broken surrounding rock and reduce the stress of the tunnel supporting structure;CRD method combined with a method of pipe-shield pre-support can control the surrounding rock deformation well and satisfy the requirement of safety and settlement of the tunnel operation.
