摘　　要：医疗法律风险是法律调整医疗行为的可能性,是医疗风险在法律制度中的延伸,是医疗风险控制领域中不可或缺的研究对象。以医疗风险为基础,探讨侵权责任法视野下的医疗法律风险的评估分级方法和预防控制措施,为构建和完善我国法律环境下医疗风险管理体系提供新的研究方向。Medical legal risk is the possibility of the legal adjustment of medical behavior, the extension of medical risk in the legal system, and the indispensable research object in the field of medical risk control. Based on medical risk, this paper discusses the method of evaluation and classification of medical legal risk under the perspective of tort liability law, and provides a new research direction for the constrution and improvement of medical risk management system under the legal environment in China.
