双轨道互动干预模式在急性脑卒中患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨双轨道互动干预模式在急性脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法:纳入2015年9月-2017年9月在笔者所在医院收治的急性脑卒中患者94例,采用随机数表分为观察组(47例)与对照组(47例),对照组采用常规护理干预方法,观察组在常规干预基础上,采用双轨道互动干预护理模式。对比研究两组患者术后GOS、ADL、FMA评分。结果:术后6个月,观察组患者GOS评分等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组患者ADL、FMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月观察组患者ADL、FMA评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组脑卒中知识掌握患者数量均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用双轨道互动干预模式对急性脑卒中患者进行护理,可加深患者及其家属对出血型脑卒中的认识,改善患者预后情况,改善患者术后日常生活能力与肢体活动能力,对于改善护患关系,提高患者信心具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the value of dual-track interactive intervention model in patients with stroke.Method:A total of 94 patients with acute stroke admitted to the hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were included,and were randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases) and the control group(47 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given dual-track interactive nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention.Postoperative GOS,ADL,FMA scores were collected and analysis.Result:6 months after the operation,the GOS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in ADL and FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group in ADL and FMA scores 6 months after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after the operation,the number of patients with stroke knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dual-track interactive intervention model improves postoperative GOS core of stroke patients and improves their daily living ability and physical activity.
