应用PDCA循环改进外科医务人员手卫生依从性

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环在外科医务人员手卫生中的应用,以期持续改进手卫生依从性。方法:2018年4-11月采取PDCA循环管理模式,对笔者所在医院某外科医务人员98名进行手卫生依从性进行持续改进,考察其手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生依从性、手卫生合格率。结果:采取PDCA循环管理前,试点科室医务人员手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生依从性、手卫生合格率分别为65.31%、76.53%、72.45%,均明显低于采取PDCA循环管理后的96.94%、95.92%、97.96%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环可有效提高外科医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective:To explore the application of PDCA cycle in promoting hand hygiene of surgical medical staff,hope to continuously improve hand hygiene compliance.Method:From April to November 2018,PDCA cycle management model was adopted to continuously improve the hand hygiene compliance of 98 surgical medical staff in our hospital,investigated the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene compliance,qualified rate of hand hygiene.Result:Before the adoption of PDCA cycle,the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene compliance,qualified rate of hand hygiene were 65.31%,76.53% and 72.45% respectively,they were significantly lower than 96.94%,95.92% and 97.96% after the adoption of PDCA cycle,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of surgical medical staff.
