督灸联合针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察督灸联合针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者60例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组给予隔姜督灸联合针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗;对照组给予口服柳氮磺吡啶片治疗;两组均治疗2个月。观察比较两组患者治疗前后晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度、枕墙距、臀地距、中医症候积分评价、总有效率等指标。结果:治疗组与对照组组内治疗前后比较以及两组治疗后组间比较,除在胸廓活动度无明显差异外,在晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、枕墙距、臀地距以及中医症候积分方面两组均有明显改善,且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率方面治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督灸联合针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎优于口服药物治疗,可有效缓解强直性脊柱炎症状,减缓疼痛,促进脊柱功能恢复,疗效显著,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Du-moxibustion combined with needling Huatuo Jiaji acupoints in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) of Kidney-yang deficiency. Methods: 60 AS cases of Kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group( n =30) and the control group( n =30) according to the order of hospital visit. The treatment group was given Du- moxibustion with ginger-padded, combined with needling Huatuo Jiaji acupoints;the control group was treated with oral Sulfasalazine Tablets. Both groups were treated for two months. Morning stiffness, spine activity, chest activity, occipito-wall gap, hip-floor gap, TCM syndrome score, and the total effective rate were observed and compared before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results: Morning stiffness, spine activity, chest activity, occipito-wall gap, hip- floor gap, and TCM syndrome score were obviously improved after the treatment in the two groups, and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group( P <0.05). The total effective rate was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Du-moxibustion combined with needling Huatuo Jiaji acupoints is better than oral medicine in the treatment of AS of Kidney-yang deficiency. It can effectively relieve the symptoms and the pain, promote the spinal function recovery, with its significant effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
