《针灸神书》学术思想探析

摘　　要：《针灸神书》是古代针灸著作,其具体年代著者均存争议,全书以歌诀及问答形式论述针刺手法及诸病针法、腧穴主治应用等内容。结合相关文献,探讨成书年代及著者、版本,从医理、针具、手法、穴位及其他等5方面对该书学术思想进行研究。书中对于针法、穴位等论述多有发挥,颇具医学价值。该书虽存争议,瑕不掩瑜,值得研究发挥,整理《针灸神书》学术特色,可以为临床应用提供参考。Zhenjiu Shenshu is the ancient works on acupuncture and moxibustion, who is the author and when it was written are controversial. The book demonstrated the acupuncture manipulations, the manipulations of various diseases, and the indications of acupoints by the way of interlocution and by formulas put into verse. Based on the relevant literature, the written time, the possible author, the editions, and the academic thought of the book were studied from medical theory, needling instrument, acupuncutre manipulations, acupoints and other aspects. The book has a high medical value on acupuncture manipulations and acupoints discussion. This article summarized the academic characteristics of Zhenjiu Shenshu , and it provided reference for its clinical application.
